Working the Holidays: Strategies for Survival

JOE 2006-12-23 07:25:52

Probably the worst part about working in a patient care profession is
the fact that care is needed around the clock everyday. Our
professional obligation to provide that care can conflict with our
personal needs and family obligations. This evening at 10 PM Eastern
Time, Joseph Tomaino, a chief nursing officer, educator, and
consultant, will offer some survival tips on working the holidays and
will offer teleseminar participants with the opportunity to share their
strategies as well. Just sign up for the teleseminar by going to:
http://www.1shoppingcart.com/app/netcart.asp?MerchantID‚496&ProductID346361.
After processing your registration, you will receive an email with
dial in phone number and participant PIN number. I hope you can join
us for this helpful session for information and support. Participants
will be limited to 25 to allow group participation. Registration fee
is $10 to cover expenses.

Here's my advice and I'll only charge $5:

Work your shifts, pocket your overtime, and open your presents on your next
day off. If that isn't enough fun, dropkick a spammer to the curb.
