Optimal dose of ULD Naltrexone? (And the latest on other tolerance reducing methods?)

Any news on the search for the holy grail (returning to niave opioid
bliss)? I heard some murmur of CCK-antagonists (the only drug mentioned
is Milid, forget the generic name, it's surely not here in Oz anyway.)

I got a Revia diluted in saline, and I hear that ~10-100 NANOgrams, not
~100-500 micrograms (the dose range that Mike Strates used, and his
first week is often quoted but not the rest of his experiment), is the
best for this purpose. What's the latest? I'm also on buprenorphine. Is
there any evidence that it would work with a drug with it's unique
profile?

Also, I have read studies that this reduces "reward". Is this opioid
tolerance all around that we are hopefully reducing, or just it's
antinociceptive qualities? Has anyone really thought about this?
