My current circumstances are such that I spend more time alone than is probably healthy, and Lar took the edge off of the loneliness. We really were *very* close. It means a lot to me that so many people have offered words of empathy and sympathy. Because of you, I feel a little less silly for sleeping with her favorite fuzzy toy under my pillow last night. Basil weighed more than the other two put together and was solid muscle. Amber had Siamese in him, had that "yowl" and was very tall and lean and if you patted your chest would jump up and pretty much land on your shoulders. Spook just *was*, usually where you didn't expect him, he was my favourite. I went to a party and met him there, he was only a few months old then. It gets kind of scary when they both start chasing each other and flying around (this house only has six rooms, very small)....all I can do is try to stay out of their paths lol....cats are fucking cool.
